Love is Local Summit 2025

Thank you to everyone who chose to spend the day with us at the 2nd Annual Love Is Local Summit on November 6th at The Alfond Inn in Winter Park. Your presence helped transform the Summit into a powerful reminder of what can happen when neighbors, leaders, and friends come together with purpose. The room was filled with connection, momentum, and the shared belief that every child and family in the 32805 ZIP Code deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Answering The Call

One of the most inspiring moments of the day was the launch of the We Lift Orlando Campaign. This community-wide effort will continue through 2026 and is focused on building opportunity, strengthening families, and expanding hope throughout our neighborhood and community.

Thanks to your early generosity, more than $3 million in gifts and pledges have already been committed toward the $15 million goal. This is a remarkable beginning to a movement that continues to grow because people like you believe in what is possible for our community.

A Major Step Forward for Children and Families

We were also honored to share the new public-private partnership with Orange County Public Schools that will make Orange Center Elementary a pilot public charter school model. This innovative effort will unite education, family engagement, and holistic support in one approach that helps students and families succeed.
