This new program starts July 2025!
Lift Orlando’s new WorkForward Training Program is a no-cost, high-reward,10-week immersive career development program with two industry tracks: healthcare and construction. The program includes technical skill-building, industry-recognized credentials, and two weeks of soft skills and career readiness preparation. This is powered by Lift Orlando and will occur at the Financial Wellbeing Center located inside of the Heart of West Lakes Wellness Center.

Tracks
Healthcare: Medical Office Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Certified Nursing Assistant
Construction: Electrical, HVAC, and General Labor
Program Benefits
10-weeks of specialized training
2 weeks of career-readiness training (resume building, attitudinal mindset training, mock interviews)
Industry-recognized certifications
Direct access to career pathways in healthcare and construction
Eligibility Requirements
Commitment to a full-time skills-training program and to full-time employment
Must be at least 18 years old
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Legally authorized to work in U.S.
Requirement may vary based on training pathway
