This Distribution Operations Technician cohort begins in January 2026!
Lift Orlando’s WorkForward Training Program is a no-cost, high-reward, 8-week immersive career development program. The program includes technical skill-building, industry-recognized credentials, and two weeks of soft skills and career readiness preparation. This is powered by Lift Orlando and will occur at the Financial Wellbeing Center located inside of the Heart of West Lakes Wellness Center.
Important Dates
Application deadline: December 3, 2025
Interviews: December 4 – December 11, 2025 (Competitive Selection)
Orientation: January 16, 2026
Cohort start date: February 2, 2026

Current Track: Distribution Operations Technician and Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Build the skills you need to excel in distribution and logistics roles in warehouses, fulfillment centers, and transportation hubs.
Program Benefits
2 weeks of career-readiness training (resume building, attitudinal mindset training, mock interviews)
6 weeks of occupational skills training
Industry-recognized certifications: CLA (Certified Logistics Associate), CLT (Certified Logistics Technician), & Supply Chain
Direct access to career pathways in distribution centers, logistics companies, and warehouse operations
Eligibility Requirements
Commitment to a full-time skills-training program and to full-time employment
Must be at least 18 years old
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Legally authorized to work in U.S.
Requirement may vary based on training pathway
Justice-impacted individuals are welcome to apply
