This free training program begins in july 2026!

Lift Orlando's WorkForward Esthetician Cohort is a 10-week workforce development program designed to prepare participants for careers in the growing beauty and wellness industry. Through a combination of professional development, hands-on training, and industry-recognized credentials, participants will gain the skills needed to pursue employment as a licensed esthetician in Florida.


Important Dates

  • Soft Skills: July 6-17, 2026

  • Technical Training: July 20, 2026 (Morning sessions, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Lift Orlando’s WorkForward Training Program is a launchpad for personal and professional transformation. By equipping participants with hands-on training in high-demand fields, along with mindset and career readiness support, we’re helping individuals take control of their futures and increase their finances.

Participants will receive hands-on training and education in key esthetics services and techniques, including:

  • Facials

  • Body Waxing

  • Eyebrow Services

  • Makeup Application

  • Body Contouring

  • Lash Services

Certifications & Licensure

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will obtain the education and training necessary to pursue professional licensure through the State of Florida and gain industry-specific skills that prepare them for employment opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Commitment to a full-time skills-training program and to full-time employment

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Legally authorized to work in U.S.

  • Justice-impacted individuals are welcome to apply
