Looking to start a career in healthcare? Lift Orlando's WorkForward Supportive Services Training Program, in partnership with AdventHealth, offers an accelerated, three-week training experience designed to help you build the skills and confidence needed to pursue career opportunities in a hospital setting.

Healthcare careers go beyond direct patient care. This program introduces participants to essential hospital support roles, including:

  • Environmental Services (EVS) & Maintenance

  • Dietary Services

  • Linen Services

  • Patient Escort

Through hands-on career preparation, participants will complete two weeks of professional soft skills training and earn a Customer Service Certification, building valuable skills that can open doors to opportunities in healthcare and beyond.

Program Details

  • Start Date: Monday, November 2, 2026

  • Program Length: 3 Weeks (Accelerated)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Format: In-Person

  • Training Partner: AdventHealth

Eligibility Requirements

  • Commitment to a full-time skills-training program and to full-time employment

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Legally authorized to work in U.S.

  • Justice-impacted individuals are welcome to apply
